By registering at North Idaho College, you agree to provide payment by the due dates. You understand that if you register after the last drop date you will be responsible for all incurred charges if you do not withdraw by the 100% refund deadline. You also understand that collection cost and legal fees will be added if the services of a collection agency are employed to gather any unpaid tuition and fees.
Payment Due Date for Spring Semester 2015
Deadline - Wednesday, January 14
Payment is due January 14 at 5 p.m. You must be paid in full by 5 pm, have enough financial aid to cover your balance owing, or you will be dropped for non-payment.
**Note: If you are dropped from your classes for non-payment, you have the right to appeal that decision ONLY if you have a documentable reason as to why you did not pay your tuition and fees. You will be required to submit a Drop for Non-Payment Appeal form and the required supporting documentation by noon on Friday, January 16, following the payment deadline to the Student Accounts Office. It will be reviewed by a committee and a decision will be emailed to your Cardinal mail within 24 hours. If approved, you will be reinstated into your original classes.
Financial Aid Disbursement Dates
Spring 2015 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on January 30. **Note: Upon receipt of your disbursement card, please make your selection with HIGHER ONE on whether you wish to receive your funds via your MYNIC Card or ACH.
Spring 2015 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on March 20. **Note: Upon receipt of your disbursement card, please make your selection with HIGHER ONE on whether you wish to receive your funds via your MYNIC Card or ACH.
Failure to meet these due dates will incur class cancellation on the deadline date. Your student account must be cleared of all prior charges before you will be permitted to attend class. A student account with incomplete payments and/or deferments are subject to cancellation of registration.
**Note: If you owe a prior semester balance, you will not be allowed to register for a future semester. If you are already registered for a future semester, you will be dropped from those classes unless the balance has been paid.
