Student Accounts

By registering at North Idaho College, you agree to provide payment by the due dates. You understand that if you register for a class you are responsible for all incurred charges if you do not withdraw by the 100% refund deadline.  You also understand that collection cost and legal fees will be added if the services of a collection agency are employed to gather any unpaid tuition and fees.

Payment Due Date for Summer Session 2015

Payment is due Sunday, May 31 
Payment is due the day before classes begin.  If not paid, you may have a hold placed on your account which doesn't allow you to register or receive transcripts.  ** All payments are due at the time of registration!**

Payment Due Date for Fall Semester 2015 

Payment is due Sunday, August 23

Payment Due Date for Spring Semester 2016

Payment is due Sunday, January 10

Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

Summer 2015 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on June 12.
Summer 2015 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on July 2.  
**Note: Upon receipt of your disbursement card, please make your selection with HIGHER ONE on whether you wish to receive your funds via your MYNIC Card or ACH.

Fall 2015 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on September 11.
Fall 2015 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on November 6.  
**Note:  Upon receipt of your disbursement card, please make your selection with HIGHER ONE on whether you wish to receive your funds via your MYNIC Card or ACH.

Spring 2016 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on January 29.
Spring 2016 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement will be transmitted to HIGHER ONE on March 25.

Class Cancellation

Failure to meet these due dates may incur class cancellation on the deadline date. Your student account must be cleared of all prior charges before you will be permitted to attend class. A student account with incomplete payments and/or deferments are subject to cancellation of registration.

**Note: If you owe a prior semester balance, you will not be allowed to register for a future semester. If you are already registered for a future semester, you will be dropped from those classes unless the balance has been paid.
