North Idaho College will be closed beginning Thursday, December 25 and will resume normal business hours Friday, January 2.
To ensure that your transcript request is completed before the campus closure submit your request no later than Friday, December 19.

The college transcript is a record of all courses for which a student was enrolled at the end of the add/drop period each semester. It includes credit hours for which the student is enrolled, final grades in each subject, record of withdrawal, courses repeated, grade point average for each semester, and a cumulative grade point average.
Unofficial transcripts are available at no charge through MyNIC. All other requests for transcripts must be received or by using the Transcript Request Form.
Transcripts will not
be sent until payment is received. Transcripts are not issued until all
outstanding accounts with the college are paid. If you request a transcript and
you have financial hold with the institution you will be notified.

Note: Orders requesting multiple transcripts to the same location will have an additional $7 charge per transcript.
NIC does not issue certified copies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts reflecting a student’s previous college education that have been submitted to the college as a requirement for admission become part of the official file. Any student desiring official transcripts of credits earned elsewhere must request transcripts from the institution where the credits were taken.
