NIC collision repair tech student, instructor bring home honors

NIC Collision Repair Technology student Gary Bright (right) recently won the Silver Medal in the Automotive Refinishing competition at the SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference. NIC Collision Repair Technology Instructor Cal DeHaas was named Idaho Advisor of the Year at the conference.

A student in North Idaho College’s Collision Repair Technology program placed second in the state and NIC’s instructor of that program was named State Advisor of the Year at the SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference held in Nampa, Idaho, recently

Gary Bright, of Post Falls, earned a Silver Medal in the Automotive Refinishing competition.

NIC instructor Cal DeHaas was named State Advisor of the Year for Idaho.
