Beta Sigma Phi donates to NIC scholarship program


The local chapter of the nonprofit Beta Sigma Phi recently presented the NIC Foundation with a check for $275, bringing its total contribution to more than $20,000. 

Beta Sigma Phi is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1931 to give women of all ages a means of enriching their lives both socially and culturally while providing a network of support, encouragement, motivation and friendship. Beta Sigma Phi established an endowed scholarship in 2001 through the North Idaho College Foundation in support of student scholarships.
