Last chance to view NIC Really BIG Raffle home

Less than 700 tickets remain for the chance to win this year’s $270,000 grand prize home through the 23rd annual North Idaho College Really BIG Raffle. This year’s home, built by students in the NIC Carpentry program, is located across from Syringa Park at 3142 Bunchgrass Drive in Post Falls. A $100 ticket gives the opportunity to be the new owner of this three-bedroom, two-bath 1,968 square foot park-front home.

Supporters are encouraged to view the home at the last public open house on Sunday, June 12, from noon until 4 p.m. where tickets will be available for purchase. The home has been loaded with upgrades including granite counters, skylights, central A/C, and a fully landscaped lot.

Additional prizes include a $20,000 car, a $10,000 boat, a $3,500 travel package and a $2,000 shopping spree. Winners can apply cash value of these prizes to the purchase of their choice.

The drawing will be held July 13 on NIC’s main campus. Winners need not be present to win any of the major prizes.

Only 5,500 tickets are sold at $100 each. With less than 700 tickets remaining, organizers of the Really BIG Raffle expect the event to sell out soon.

Remaining tickets are available at Super 1 Foods, Trading Company Stores, Steins Family Foods, the NIC Workforce Training Center in Post Falls and the NIC Foundation Office, located on NIC’s main Coeur d’Alene campus. Idaho residents can also order online at or charge by phone to (208) 769-3271.

The 23rd annual Really BIG Raffle is sponsored in part by Stock Building Supply of Coeur d’Alene. Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle are used to fund scholarships, update classroom technology, support programs and encourage outstanding instruction at North Idaho College.
