NIC Really BIG Raffle to feature secondary waterfront grand prize home

North Idaho College Foundation’s Really BIG Raffle is set to make someone’s waterfront-living dream a reality this July with the grand prize home located on a secondary waterfront lot in Coeur d’Alene’s Mill River neighborhood. Community members can try their luck for a chance to win this brand new $300,000 home as well as $20,000, $10,000, $3,500 and $2,000 prizes of choice.  This marks the 24th year of NIC’s largest annual fundraiser, which is a collaboration between the NIC Foundation and the NIC Carpentry Program.

Only 5,500 raffle tickets will be sold prior to the July 12 drawing at $100 each. Early ticket purchasers can also qualify for additional $2,000 Costco Gift Card.

This year’s grand prize home is a single-level, three-bedroom, two-bath craftsman-style home with a detached garage. The home features an award-winning kitchen design, a living room with a 12-foot vaulted ceiling, and many upgrades throughout. The Mill River neighborhood features a private gated waterfront park with a sandy beach, volleyball courts, barbecue pits and picnic areas.

Tickets can be purchased now at North Idaho outlets including Super 1 Foods, Yoke’s in Post Falls, Stein’s Family Foods, BMC, Buck Knives, the NIC Workforce Training Center and the NIC Foundation Office. Idaho residents can also order by phone or online.

The raffle is sponsored in part this year by title sponsors BMC and Monogram Homes as well as major sponsor Washington Trust Bank. All proceeds support student and program needs at North Idaho College.
