NIC Foundation's Really BIG Raffle drawing on July 12

The North Idaho College Foundation’s Really BIG Raffle has sold out all of the allotted 5,500 tickets, with the drawing to be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, at Cheamkwet Park on NIC’s main campus. Additional raffle prizes will include a $20,000 car, a $10,000 boat, a $3,500 travel package and a $2,000 shopping spree.

Winners do not need to be present to win any of the major prizes, but for those that attend, there will be concessions and live music starting at 5:30 p.m. A crowd of more than 2,000 is expected to gather in the park behind the Edminster Student Union Building to watch the drawing.

This year’s home, built by students in the NIC Carpentry program, is located in the Mill River neighborhood at 4285 Woodhaven Loop in Coeur d’Alene. The 24th annual Really BIG Raffle is sponsored in part by BMC and Monogram Homes. Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle are used to fund scholarships, update classroom technology, support programs and encourage outstanding instruction at North Idaho College.
