NIC workforce training officials to lead Seattle workshop

North Idaho College Assistant Vice President for Instruction Robert Ketchum and Customized Training Director Vern Jenkins were recently selected to present a workshop at the Globalization and the Community College conference in Seattle this month. The two will present “How to Create International Workforce Development Projects” along with Evelyn Ganzglass, director of the USAID-funded international program Global Workforce in Transition based in Washington, D.C. Approximately 70 community college leaders from throughout the Northwest are expected to attend the two sessions of the workshop, which are part of the daylong conference Jan. 18.
