Ticket to be given away at Really BIG Raffle open house
More than 2,000 tickets have already been sold for the North Idaho College Foundation's 12th annual Really BIG Raffle.
Don't miss this chance to buy a ticket and see the grand prize $200,000 custom house during one of the biggest open houses of the year from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 15. Tickets will be sold at the event and ticket holders can sign up to win a free $100 raffle ticket at the open house for every ticket purchase. The drawing for the free ticket will be held at 4 p.m. The winner does not need to be present to win.
The grand prize $200,000 custom home is currently under construction by NIC carpentry students at 1374 Coquille Court in Post Falls. Located in the Montrose subdivision, this year's house is a rancher with a full basement and more than 3,500 square feet of living space. The house features a covered front porch, rear deck and three-car garage on a landscaped corner lot.
Other prizes include the first prize $20,000 car or boat, the second prize $3,500 travel package or the third prize $2,000 shopping spree.
The chance to qualify for two additional Early Bird prizes ends May 31.
Those who purchase tickets before the deadline will be automatically entered into a drawing for a 32-inch color TV and a DVD/VHS player.
Tickets are $100 each and only 4,500 tickets will be sold before the July 6 drawing.
