Don't miss the last chance in May to see the North Idaho College Foundation's 12th annual Really BIG Raffle house, now in its final phases of construction by the NIC Carpentry students.
The students will use the two weeks in between open houses to complete most of the finish work on the house before three more open houses are held June 5, 12 and 19.
More than 2,500 tickets have already been sold for the grand prize $200,000 custom house as well as more than $25,000 in other prizes including include the first prize $20,000 car or boat, the second prize $3,500 travel package or the third prize $2,000 shopping spree.
Located in the Montrose subdivision, this year's house is a rancher with a full basement and more than 3,500 square feet of living space. The house features a covered front porch, rear deck and three-car garage on a landscaped corner lot. The grand prize home is located at 1374 Coquille Court in Post Falls.
This is the last open house before the May 31 deadline to be entered to win two additional Early Bird prizes. Those who purchase tickets before the deadline will be automatically entered into a drawing for a 32-inch color TV and a DVD/VHS player.
Tickets are $100 each and only 4,500 tickets will be sold before the July 6 drawing.
Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle benefit important educational needs at NIC.
Tickets are available at the open house or at 15 ticket outlets throughout the area. Idaho residents can charge tickets by phone or order them online.
Directions: Take the Spokane Street exit off I-90 and go north. Turn left on Seltice, then right on Chase, then left on Willamette. The home is on the corner of Willamette and Coquille at 1374 Coquille Court.
