NIC presents girls summer basketball camp

North Idaho College women's basketball coaches and players will lead a weeklong girls basketball camp June 20-24 to help participants improve their basketball skills.

The Girls Summer Basketball Camp will help players develop their skills in both individual skills and team concepts, including shooting, defense, ball handling, screens, passing technique, one-on-one techniques and position play.

The camp will be progressive in instruction, building on the previous session's lessons so the camper develops his or her entire game.

The camp will be from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. daily for campers entering the sixth grade or younger. Camp will be from noon to 3 p.m. for ninth- and 10th-graders and from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. for seventh- and eighth-graders.
All camp instruction will be in NIC's Christianson Gym, located on NIC's main campus.

Cost is $90 and the registration fee includes a t-shirt.

Space is limited so call to reserve a space.
