NIC community education yoga class open for enrollment

There’s still room to enroll in “Beginning Hatha Yoga,” a community education class offered through the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center in March.
The class will be offered from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays March 22 through April 26 at the NIC Workforce Training Center in Post Falls.
The course teaches participants how to balance their bodies, minds and spirits using yoga postures and breathing to clarify the mind and expand self awareness. Class benefits also include increased flexibility, better posture, improved circulation and inner calmness.
The class will be taught by Barbara Lee, who has studied metaphysics since 1974 and is a professional astrologer, having written horoscope columns for 12 years. Lee is a clairvoyant, a yoga instructor, a Reiki master teacher, a reflexologist and a graduate of the Northwest Noetic School of Massage.
The class is open to people of all ages and physical ability levels. The fee is $49.
Space is limited. This is a second section of the class since the first section filled quickly.
