See this year's Really BIG Raffle house during the last open house of the year
Don’t miss the last chance to see the North Idaho College Foundation’s 13th annual Really BIG Raffle house, now in its final phases of construction by the NIC Carpentry students. Celebrate Father’s Day by bringing Dad to the open house from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 18.
Fewer than 700 tickets remain for the chance to win the grand prize $250,000 custom house at 2446 W. Dumont Drive in Coeur d’Alene. Located in the Coeur d’Alene Placesubdivision, this year’s house is a rancher with a full basement and more than 3,700 square feet of living space. The house includes many upgrades and features a three-car garage, composite deck, gas fireplace and a landscaped corner lot.
Other prizes include the first prize $20,000 car, a new second prize $10,000 boat, a third prize $3,500 travel package and fourth prize $2,000 shopping spree.
Tickets are $100 each and only 5,000 tickets will be sold before the July 12 drawing.Tickets are available at the open house or at ticket outlets throughout the area:

Idaho residents can charge tickets by phone or order them online. Since tickets cannot be mailed out of state due to federal regulations, out-of-state residents must purchase tickets at one of the following outlets. Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle benefit important educational needs at NIC.
Directions: From I-90, take Exit 11/Northwest Boulevard. Go north on Ramsey Road/Northwest Boulevard for two miles. Turn left on Hanley Avenue. Travel straight through the roundabout and then turn right on Madellaine Drive. Turn right on Dumont and continue to 2446 W. Dumont Drive.
