NIC nursing director named to state nursing task force

|photo1|North Idaho College Health Professions and Nursing Director Lita Burns was recently named to a state task force formed to address the nursing shortage in Idaho.
The state task force was formed by Idaho Gov. Jim Risch and is charged with making recommendations on how to address the nursing shortage facing the nation.
Burns is one of 17 members of the task force, which includes nursing educators, college administrators and legislators.
