NIC home ownership class open for enrollment

There’s still room to enroll in the “Finally Home,” a home ownership class, offered through the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center in Post Falls.
“Finally Home” will be offered in two sessions from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Mondays Nov. 6 and 13 at the NIC Workforce Training Center in Post Falls. The course teaches participants how to increase borrowing power, how to decide on a home, how to find a home and how to negotiate the purchase. Participants will also learn about mortgages and how to apply for a loan. The fee is $10.
The course will be taught by professionals in the housing industry, such as realtors, insurance agents, lenders, title and escrow officers, appraisers and home inspectors.
