The North Idaho College Board of Trustees will meet in executive session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17 in the Powderhorn Bay Room of NIC’s Edminster Student Union Building. The purpose of the meeting falls under Idaho Code Section 67-2345, Subsection (b), (c), (e) and (f):
(b): To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a pubic officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent.
(c): To conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations or to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
(e): To consider preliminary negotiations involving matters of trade or commerce in which the governing body is in competition with governing bodies in other states or nations.
(f): To consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation or where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation.
