Tickets on sale now for NIC's Wild Game Feast

Tickets are now on sale for the North Idaho College Alumni Association’s eighth annual Wild Game Feast Saturday, Jan. 27.
This year’s event features a five-course meal of extraordinary wild game delicacies created by Coeur d’Alene Inn Chef Gene Tillman.
“Our wild game feast is an exquisite dinner unlike anything else around,” said NIC Alumni Relations Coordinator Sara Fladeland.
This year’s event will begin with a social at 6 p.m. in which attendees will have a chance to enjoy the appetizers, a Northwest cheese and fruit display and caribou meatballs, while listening to music and viewing silent auction items, such as a luxury yacht cruise complete with dinner on the lake, a landscape package, gift baskets, fine wine and more.
A four-course dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Inn, located at 414 W. Appleway. The menu will feature buffalo oxtail soup, a mixed winter greens salad, quail breast and kangaroo medallion and an espresso chocolate cake.
A special wine selection will be available with dinner in addition to a no-host bar. Wildlife displays provided by Beth Paragamian of the Idaho Fish and Game Department, Idaho Panhandle National Forest and Bureau of Land Management will be on display.
All proceeds benefit the NIC Alumni Association and scholarships for NIC students. Tickets are $55 per person or $50 for NIC Alumni Association members. Limited seating is available.
