Two new classes offered at Silver Valley Center

Work Zone Flagging and Traffic Control Certification
A new class in Work Zone Flagging and Traffic Control Certification will be offered at the North Idaho College, Silver Valley Center.
This course is designed to help flaggers know what their duties are and to provide the maximum protection for themselves and the public. After successful completion of the course the student will be issued a flagger card, required by the Idaho Transportation Department, and accepted in many other states including Washington, Montana, Oregon, and Utah. The flagger card is valid for three years, textbook included.
Class time is Friday, Apr 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $59 and includes textbook.

Computer Skills-Basics
A new class in Basic Computer Skills will be offered in the Silver Valley Center.
The course offers a basic foundation in the capabilities of a computer system; with hands-on experience learn the basics of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint along with file management, textbook included.
Class time is Tuesday and Thursday April 17- May 3 from 6 to 9 p.m. and cost $139 Text book included
