Health Talk Series- My Aching Head

The next Health Talk Series seminar, “My Aching Head” with Sylvia Rogas MD, will be Tuesday, April 24 in the Meyer Health and Sciences Building room 106 at 6:30 p.m.
That constant throbbing in your head could likely be a headache brought on by stress, injury, illness, tension, or fatigue. Contrary to popular belief headaches are not normal. Headaches can be as brief as an hour causing only mild discomfort or last for days creating a debilitating condition. The causes of headaches vary and migraines top the list as the most common type of headache. This presentation will examine the prevention, causes, and treatment for headaches including migraines.
Dr. Sylvia Rogas is a member of the Rockwood Clinic Neurology Department.
