NIC holds info sessions for admission to radiography technology program

North Idaho College will hold an information session for students interested in enrolling in the Radiography Technology Program. The session will be at 5 p.m. May 8 in the Meyer Health and Sciences Building Room 102.
The next NIC radiography technology program will begin Jan. 14, 2008 at the start of spring semester with an application deadline of 2:30 p.m. Sept. 7.
The program is a five-semester associate’s degree program that prepares students for careers as radiologic technologists in settings such as hospitals, clinics and imaging centers.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and must have completed course prerequisites as outlined with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
The program has a selective admissions process. NIC Health Professions and Nursing Division staff will walk students through the application process during the information sessions.
The sessions are free and open to the public.
