More than 2,000 tickets have already been sold for the North Idaho College Foundation’s 14th annual Really BIG Raffle.
Don’t miss this chance to buy a ticket and see the grand prize $300,000 custom house during one of the biggest open houses of the year from noon to 4 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13. Tickets will be sold at the event and ticket holders can register for a chance to win a free $100 raffle ticket at the open house. The drawing for the free ticket will be held at 4 p.m. The winner does not need to be present to claim the prize, but entrants must have already purchased at least one Really BIG Raffle ticket to be eligible to enter.
The grand prize $300,000 custom home is currently under construction by NIC carpentry students at 1649 Umpqua Court, Post Falls in the Montrose subdivision, this year’s house is a multi-level with more than 3,400 square feet of living space. The house includes many upgrades and features a three-car garage, composite deck, gas fireplace and a landscaped corner lot.
Other prizes include the first prize $20,000 car, a second prize $10,000 boat, a third prize $3,500 travel package and fourth prize $2,000 shopping spree.
The chance to qualify for two additional early bird prizes ends May 31. This year's early bird prizes include a $500 Costco guiftcard and a two night bed and breakfast getaway valid at any member of the North Idaho Bed and Breakfast Association.
Tickets are $100 each and only 5,000 tickets will be sold before the July 11 drawing.
Tickets are available at the open house or at ticket outlets throughout the area. Idaho residents can charge tickets by phone or order them online. Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle benefit important educational needs at NIC.
Directions: From I-90, take the Spokane St. Exit and head north for 1 mile. Turn left on Poleline, then left on Willamette. Turn right on Snoqualmie, then left on Teanaway. The home is on the corner of Umpqua and Teanaway.
