North Idaho College Board of Trustees Meeting Notice

The North Idaho College Board of Trustees will meet in a special meeting at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 12 in the Sherman Building President’s Conference Room for a discussion on statewide issues.
The special meeting will be followed by an executive session at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting falls under Idaho Code Section 67-2345(b), to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent; 67-2345(c) to conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations or to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency; and 67-2345(f) to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation or where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation.
