Entrepreneur to speak at NIC Booster Club Luncheon
Local businessman and entrepreneur Jack Pring will be the speaker at the North Idaho College Booster Club Luncheon at noon Tuesday, Sept. 13 in the Coeur d’Alene Resort Shore Lounge.
Pring has worked with auto dealerships for more than 56 years, running nine different franchises as part of the Appleway Automotive Group in Spokane Valley, Wash.
Pring also became involved in thouroughbred horse racing in the late 1970s and purchased Playfair Race Course in 1981. He is still involved in the horseracing arena.
Pring is also involved in the community, having served as Central Valley School District Board president and Spokane Interstate Fair Board president. He has supported youth sports in Spokane over the years and is currently involved with the Valley Center/Spokane Valley Partners, Boys and Girls Club of Spokane County and Second Harvest Food Bank.
The luncheon is open to the public. Lunch is not provided. The NIC Booster Club meets on the second and last Tuesday of the month at noon alternating between the Coeur d’Alene Resort Shore Lounge and the Outback Steakhouse on Northwood Center Court in Coeur d’Alene.
