Space still available in coaching clinic, leadership conference

Space is still available in the 2011 North Idaho Coaching Clinic and Leadership Conference hosted by North Idaho College Sept. 23-24.

Designed for coaches, educators and business people, the clinic will feature top coaches and leaders who will share their success stories and motivational tactics during the two-day conference sponsored by Parker Toyota.

Speakers include coaches Ken Bone from Washington State University, Brooks Thompson from the University of Texas-San Antonio, NIC Head Women’s Basketball Coach Chris Carlson, Rod Jensen from the College of Idaho, former coach Rolly Williams from NIC and Mike McLean from Post Falls High School.

The first day of the clinic will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23 with registration beginning at 6 p.m. in NIC’s Christianson Gym. On Saturday, Sept. 24, the clinic will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch is included.

The $10 late registration fee has been waived and now all registrants will pay $55, through the morning of the event. To register, go to
