NIC athletics to host showcase luncheon

Friday, Sept. 23, 2011

Coaches and team captains from North Idaho College’s award-winning athletics programs will talk about their successes and outlook on the 2011-2012 season during the Cardinal Athletics Showcase Luncheon Tuesday, Sept. 27.

Presenters include coaches Chris Carlson, women’s basketball; Dan Hogan, women’s soccer; Kandice Kelly, volleyball; Jared Phay, men’s basketball; Dawn Smith, cheerleading; Derrick Thompson, men’s and women’s golf; Ken Thompson, men’s soccer; Pat Whitcomb, wrestling; and Don Don Williams, softball.

The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Cost is $15 at the door for lunch.
