Learn more about higher education in North Idaho during event

Friday, Sept. 30, 2011

Higher education institutions with a presence in North Idaho will present information on their programs during College Information Night from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 in North Idaho College’s Edminster Student Union Building Lake Coeur d’Alene Room.

The event is sponsored by IdahoGoes, a collaboration between North Idaho College, Lewis-Clark State College, the University of Idaho, Boise State University and Idaho State University.

Activities include booths and presentations by each of the colleges, prize giveaways and information on applying for financial aid, the dual credit program, career options and a special session just for parents. Those in attendance will also receive free admission to the NIC volleyball match versus conference rival Snow College at 7 p.m. in Christianson Gym.

The event is free and open to anyone interested.
