NIC to unveil women's basketball national championship banner

The North Idaho College women’s basketball team invites the public to meet players, see the new National Junior College Athletic Association championship banner and participate in a variety of fundraising activities designed to help in the fight against breast cancer during their “Hoops for Hope” event at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18.

NIC women’s basketball will take on the North Idaho All-Stars in NIC’s Christianson Gym.

The event will also include special raffles, rally towels, a poster autograph session and other fundraising activities.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for high school students and senior citizens and free for NIC students, employees, and children 10 and younger.
