Sign-ups are now being accepted for the North Idaho College Scott Hague Memorial Cardinal Classic golf tournament. Register for the tournament before Monday, May 28.
The four-person scramble tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Friday, June 1 at the Avondale Golf Club in Hayden. The event is being held in honor of NIC alumnus and community supporter Scott Hague who died as a result of cancer in March 2005.
The registration fee of $100 per player or $375 per team includes golf, cart rental, NIC classic polo shirt and dinner from Outback Steakhouse. Holes are also available for sponsorship for $50 and corporate team/hole sponsorships are available for $425.
There is a 32-team limit. Register by Monday, May 28 by downloading a registration form at www.nicathletics.com or calling (208) 769-3348.
The competition will include prizes for various competitions. Proceeds benefit NIC athletics through the NIC Booster Club.
The event is sponsored by Western States Insurance - Harris/Dean, Panhandle State Bank, , Odom Northwest Beverages, Parker Toyota, Century 21 - Beutler and Associates, the Avondale Golf and Tennis Club, Outback Steakhouse and Sports Cellar.
