NIC to host NXT Robot Camps for Kids

North Idaho College will be hosting two NXT robot camps for kids from 1 to 5 p.m. June 19-21 and June 26-28 in Seiter Hall Room 211 on NIC’s main campus. NIC Computer Science Instructor Nancy Ripplinger will teach the camps, which will utilize the Lego Mindstorm NXT programmable robotics kit.

The June 19-21 camp is designed for 9 to 12 year olds. The June 26-28 camp is for 13 to 18 year olds. Both camps cost $99. Camp participants should bring a snack each day. Sign up early since enrollment is limited.
