North Idaho College freshman James Webb has signed a national letter of intent to play at Boise State University in the 2013-14 season.
Webb is a 6-foot 9-inch wing from Augusta, Ga. So far this season, he is averaging 11 points, five rebounds and one blocked shot per game for the Cardinals (6-1). Webb is shooting 54 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free throw line.
As a freshman, Webb will have three years to play at Boise State after completing this season at NIC.
The Cardinals will play Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, Ore. at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16. Ontario is about an hour drive north of Boise.
