Cardinal volleyball team wins first match at nationals

The NIC Cardinal volleyball team won its first game at the NJCAA national tournament in three straight sets against Hutchinson Community College! Congratulations ladies!

Yang Yang led with 16 kills and 10 digs. Kaitlyn Molloy had 10 kills and four blocks. Rosie Robinson led with 13 digs. Allison Meehan had 15 assists and Brooklynn Bradbury had 18 assists and three aces.

No. 7 seeded NIC takes on the No. 2 seed Western Nebraska Community College at 3:30 p.m. (Pacific). Watch live here!
