NIC signs first softball player for 2014 season

Colville High School standout Jammie Madonna signed with North Idaho College on Jan. 21. Madonna is the first NIC softball signee for the 2014 season.

“The addition of Jammie for 2014 will add depth and power to our battery,” said Don Don Williams, NIC head softball coach.

Madonna, from Washington State, was a Colville High School MVP, a Defensive Player of the Year, All-State her sophomore and junior years, second-team Northeast A League (NEA) her sophomore year, and on the Academic Honor Roll.
