North Idaho College’s Head Wrestling Coach Pat Whitcomb and members of his No. 1 ranked wrestling team will be the main speakers at the Booster Club’s Luncheon at noon Tuesday, Feb. 26 at the Coeur d’Alene Resort.
The luncheon will honor the wrestling team at the conclusion of a season where NIC was ranked No. 1 for the entire year. The NIC wrestling team will be seeking its 14th National Junior College Athletic Association national title at the championship tournament in Des Moines, Iowa Feb. 22-23.
The NIC Booster Club meets on the second and last Tuesday of the month at noon, typically alternating between the Outback Steakhouse and the Coeur d’Alene Resort. The public is welcome to attend. The cost of lunch is not covered.
