NIC softball player signs with NCAA Division I college

North Idaho College softball player, Shelby Carter, has signed a letter of commitment to play at NCAA Division I University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Carter, of Maple Valley, Wash., caught the majority of the games for the Cardinals in the past two seasons. She currently holds the all-time career homerun record with 34.
