New Benefits Eligible Employees
Benefit eligible employees will fill out all necessary forms in the online onboarding system.
All benefit eligible employees will receive a welcome letter via email which will include the New Employee Orientation date. You must attend orientation in order to complete the hiring process.
New Non-Benefit Eligible Employees

|New Hire Packet: Adjunct Faculty||Required information for new adjunct faculty||As soon as possible prior to your start date. Failure to complete this before your start date will result in a payroll delay and delays to your I.T. Services.|
|New Hire Packet: Regular Part-Time or Work-Study||Required information for new regular part-time employees||As soon as possible prior to your start date. Failure to complete this before your start date will result in a payroll delay and delays to your I.T. Services.|
|Preventing Harassment Training||To stay in compliance with NIC harassment training guidelines and assure acknowledgment of harassment policies||Acknowledgment form must be signed and returned to HR by the end of your first week of employment|
These are not forms to apply to be a volunteer or a non-employee worker - they are forms to be filled out when a department has elected to utilize a worker who will not be paid through NIC payroll processes
