The NIC Culinary Arts program provides students with entry-level skills in the food service industry, and Emery’s restaurant and the Deli are our students’ lab to practice their skills in the front and the back of the house – and to provide delicious, creative and industry-quality meals to our community.
Emery’s will be closed Thursday, Nov. 16 for a private catered event. The Deli will be open.

Something Sweet
The Deli is open for the 2023-24 school year most Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second floor of the Hedlund Building on NIC’s main campus in Coeur d’Alene. Access Emery’s and the Deli from the south entrance facing Rosenberry Drive.
Diners will enjoy gastronomic delights prepared and served by NIC Culinary Arts students. Based on the students' subject of study, the menu will vary from week to week over the school year. Prices will vary also.
Emery’s and the Deli are both cashless and will accept credit or debit cards only.
Note: This is a learning program and some items/ingredients may change on the day of service. Please be patient with us but expect great food!
