Biography
I've grown up in Idaho since I was 10 years old and completed my degrees at Idaho colleges. As a result I'm familiar with the other colleges and universities in Idaho. Being active with the Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival have helped to increase and maintain those relationships.
I have a passion for teaching and for Theatre. My emphasis is in directing, and I chose that partially because it demands taking classes for all elements of the art form. Although it's now been more than two decades since I graduated, I still recall my days as a student vividly. This helps me relate to and understand what my students are experiencing. Challenging (and supporting) students to grow and become the artist that they strive to be is one of my most important responsibilities.
I believe that the harder we work, the more fun we'll have.
