Biography

 Mrs. VanMiddlesworth holds a M.S. in Aqueous Geochemistry and has over 20 years of significant and diverse experience regarding various aspects of environmental assessment, planning and restoration including: water quality, water conservation, contaminant characterization and cleanup, watershed restoration, collaborative stakeholder processes and geochemical equilibrium modeling. Experience with these diverse issues was gained across academic, private and non-profit sectors. Current projects and interests include local and regional water quality, environmental toxicology and environmental restoration techniques with specific interest regarding heavy metal fate and transport in the Coeur d’ Alene Basin, water resource impairment due to climatic shifts and interstate water allocation issues.
