Northwest Invitational Basketball Tournament schedule change due to inclement weather

North Idaho College will host the high school boys’ basketball Northwest Invitational Tournament Saturday, Dec. 10 in NIC’s Christianson Gymnasium on NIC’s main campus in Coeur d’Alene. 

The intent was to host four high school games followed by a game between North Idaho College and Gonzaga Club, but due to the weather over Washington passes, some high school teams will not be able to travel.

The new schedule is as follows:

·      4 p.m. Coeur d’Alene High School vs. North Central High School 

·      6 p.m. Owyhee High School vs. Lake City High School

·      8 p.m. North Idaho College vs. Gonzaga Club

Tickets are available at entry and cost $10 for adults or $5 for seniors and students with a student ID.  

Attendance for those who only wish to attend the NIC game will be $5 for adults or $3 for seniors and students with a student ID. NIC Booster Club passes and/or canned food items will be accepted in lieu of payment.
