Biography:


Kelly Amos is a fitness, nutrition, and behavior change specialist who coaches both individuals and groups on wellness, nutrition, and exercise. In 1992 she graduated from the University of Idaho with a Master's Degree in Recreation Management with an emphasis on Corporate Wellness. She is a Board Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and is a certified health coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor and holds multiple specialty certifications including Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy and Behavior Change, and Precision Nutrition Level 1.

At North Idaho College she teaches Nutrition for Health, Exercise and Sport, and the ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification Course, along with general fitness classes. Through her private practice as a Health Coach, she works with both individuals and groups on more specific nutritional, exercise, and behavioral goals based on their needs. She is also the contributing Wellness Writer for Cd’A Live Well magazine.
