Emery's

The NIC Culinary Arts program provides students with entry-level skills in the food service industry, and Emery’s restaurant and Lakeview Sip and Study are our students’ lab to practice their skills in the front and the back of the house – and to provide delicious, creative and industry-quality meals to our community.

Emery’s is open for the 2025-26 school year Opening most Wednesdays and Thursdays September 25th through November 20th from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Hedlund Building on NIC’s main campus in Coeur d’Alene. Access Emery’s and Lakeview Sip and Study from the south entrance facing Rosenberry Drive.

Diners will enjoy gastronomic delights prepared and served by NIC Culinary Arts students. Based on the students' subject of study, the menu will vary from week to week over the school year. Prices will vary also.

Emery’s and Lakeview Sip and Study are both cashless and will accept credit or debit cards only.

Note: This is a learning program and some items/ingredients may change on the day of service. Please be patient with us but expect great food!
