Emery's restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.
Deli hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Hamburger with Cheddar and Mushrooms
Char broiled hand formed burger topped with mushrooms and cheese.

Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow cooked pork shredded and served on fresh made bun.

Bacon, Ham and Provolone Panini
Sliced ham and bacon toasted panini style. Served with pasta salad.
Chicken Caesar Salad
Grilled chicken breast served atop traditional Caesar salad
with pecorino cheese sprinkles.
