Emery's Restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.
Deli hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Biscuits and Gravy
Homemade biscuits with sausage gravy, two eggs and hash brown.
Crispy fried tortillas topped with refried beans, over easy eggs, spicy salsa, sour cream, black olives and cilantro. Hash browns too!
Grilled and topped with whipped butter with your choice of bacon or sausage.
A full waffle with your choice of sausage or bacon.
Guatemalan Eggs Benedict
Fry bread topped with house made chorizo sausage , poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise sauce and topped with Avocado slices. Hash browns served with this.
