Emery's Restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.

Shrimp and Corn Saute
Sauteed shrimp with bell peppers and corn with a cream sauce over pasta.
Served with garlic toast on the side.
Grilled Beef tenders with peppers and onions. Served with refried beans and all the fijaciones ( fixins)
Stir Fry Pork
With bell peppers and mushrooms. Served with white rice.
Grilled Turkey Panini
Thin sliced turkey grilled with cheese and roasted bell peppers and sundried tomato cream cheese spread. Served with green salad on the side.
Spiced grilled chicken breast atop mixed greens with zesty mexican dressing. Topped with sour cream, black olives, green onions all served atop fresh made tortilla chips.
Creamy Polenta with Portabello Mushroom
Mushrooms are sautéed and served alongside the polenta.
Served with toasted garlic bread.
All lunches are served with bread, soup and dessert of the day!
