Emery's restaurant and NICularts Deli are operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program. They have varying menus based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, they are open during both Fall and Spring semesters.

Escabeche Shrimp Appetizer
(Does not include soup or dessert)
Escabeche Shrimp (ceviche style) with Plantain Chips
Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas, and Callaloo (Collard Greens)
Goat or Lamb Curry
Goat or Lamb Curry with CouCou (Cornmeal and Yucca Polenta with Okra)
Stamp and Go
Stamp and Go (Cod Fritters), Pineapple and Mango Salsa, and served
with Run Down Vegetables (Coconut veggies)
Beef and potato pasties and served with a jicama and papaya slaw
Entrees are served with bread, soup and dessert of the day!
