Emery's Restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.

Saute Shrimp con Polenta
Saute shrimp with white wine sauce served over cheesy bacon polenta.
Chipolte Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Slightly spicy pork, roasted and served with scalloped potatoes
and vegetable of the day.
Pasta tossed with creamy egg and white wine sauce and bacon. Topped with shaved pecorino cheese.
Thin sliced sirloin sautéed with onions, mushroom and a sour cream sauce. Served over noodles.
Grilled Cod with Mango Chutney
Cold water cod grilled and served with a fresh made mango chutney. Served with rice pilaf.
Chicken Stir Fry
Chicken batter fried and then stir fried with cilantro, onion, peppers and mushrooms. Laced with teriyaki sauce and served with rice.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow roasted bbq pulled pork sandwich served with fresh made cole slaw.
