Emery's restaurant and NICularts Deli are operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program. They have varying menus based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, they are open during both Fall and Spring semesters.

Butternut Squash Ravioli
House-made ravioli stuffed with butternut squash and Ricotta cheese finished with a
sage and browned butter sauce
Chicken Pot Pie
Classic chicken pot pie with a golden puff pastry top
Milk braised pork served with mashed potatoes and braised red cabbage
Chicken Waldorf Salad
Chicken, fresh apples, spinach, celery, grapes and walnuts, dressed in mayonnaise
Grilled chicken breast, crisp bacon, tomato, hard-boiled egg, guacamole, and chives over
butter lettuce. With a balsamic dressing
Hummus & Pita Platter
House made chick pea hummus and fresh baked Pita with assorted vegetables and a Tabbouleh salad created with fresh tomatoes, parsley, mint, and bulgur
All lunches are served with bread, soup and dessert of the day!
