Emery's restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.
Deli hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Lunch at Emery’s
Hamburger with Cheddar and Mushrooms
Char broiled burger topped with mushrooms and cheese.
Served with French fries.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow cooked pork shredded and served on fresh made bun.
Served with fresh cole slaw.
Cream sauce served over fresh made pasta.
Grilled Ham and Swiss
Thin sliced ham with Swiss cheese grilled. Served with house made potato chips.
Bacon lettuce and tomato. Served with pasta salad.
Traditional with ham and turkey and Swiss and cheddar. Choice of vinaigrette, oriental, Caesar or ranch dressings.
All lunches are served with bread, soup and dessert of the day!
