Education B.A., Eastern Washington University, Communication Studies Certificate, Eastern Washington University, Leadership M.A., Gonzaga University, Communication and Leadership Studies Biography. I began teaching at NIC in January of 2023 following my management experience in customer service roles. I also work as a Graduate Assistant at Gonzaga University, and I teach group fitness classes in local studios. For my hobbies, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, going for walks, wakesurfing in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. I love hosting events with family and friends in every season! I feel incredibly blessed to work at NIC, as I love the students, school, and staff/faculty. It is a joy to teach COMM 101 courses because I get to build up my students' confidence and inspire them to become better communicators. I most enjoy interactions with my students in group discussions, activities, or one-on-one. Thank you for reading my bio, and I hope to meet you soon!
