Author Maya Jewell Zeller to visit NIC

The North Idaho College Writing Center’s visiting writer series is set to host Maya Jewell Zeller, author of the New American Poetry Prize winner “out takes/ glove box.”

The reading and book signing starts at noon Tuesday, Feb. 20 at the Writing Center in the Lee Hall Annex on NIC’s Coeur d’Alene campus. The event is free and open to the public.

Zeller is also the author of poetry collections “Alchemy For Cells & Other Beasts,” “Yesterday, the Bees” and “Rust Fish.”

Zeller lives in the Northwest with her children and has taught writing and literature at multiple schools, universities, conferences and retreats.
