Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle membership and guest member management.
- Register members for various programs.
- Actively enforce rules and policies of the SWRC.
- Operate cash register and perform cash and credit card transactions.
- Provide members with information about Campus Recreation programs.
- Regulate access of the facility through ID verification.
- Provide tours of the SWRC to new and interested patrons.
- Assign lockers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise concerning locker rooms.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, faculty and guests who enter the SWRC.
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of an individual.
- Currently enrolled North Idaho College student.
- Possess CPR/AED and First Aid certification or willing to obtain certifications within 30 days of employment.
- Meet and maintain Employee Academic Policy grade requirements.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for supervising staff and ensure that department operations function smoothly in the absence of the professional staff.
- Update and maintain records and inventory, as well as ordering supplies as needed.
- Inspect the entire facility periodically throughout the day, and report any maintenance problems as needed.
- Recognize and respond to all incidents and emergencies and provide proper emergency care when necessary.
- Work consistently in a self-directed manner and without direct supervision.
- Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with supervisors, college staff, students, and the community.
- Represent the SWRC in a professional manner at all times by providing a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

- Possess CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Meet and maintain Student Leadership Academic Policy grade requirements.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to give and follow written and oral instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply simple numbers.
- Proficient use of personal computers and peripheral devices including printers and scanners, as well as the ability to use computer programs effectively and efficiently for scheduling, research, communication and more.
- Willingness and ability to work evening and weekend hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect all equipment and the facility before each event. Complete the Facility Check-list each day and return forms to Recreational Sports Coordinator.
- Assure that all score sheets are prepared, distributed, and updated for each event.
- Ensure that each participant is eligible prior to the season and completed their liability waiver.
- Maintain control of all aspects of the game, including participant and spectator conduct. Resolve conflicts as needed.
- Note any unsportsmanlike conduct, and report to Recreational Sports Coordinator.
- Properly complete Accident Report Forms as needed.
- Ensure a safe environment for all staff and participants.
- Facilitate Team-Representative Meetings to ensure each team is aware of the rules and schedule for the league.
- Update all Recreational Sports social media sites.
- Assign officials and scorekeepers for each game and officiate when needed.
- Attend and contribute to weekly Supervisor Meetings.
- Represent the Recreational Sports program in a professional manner at all times.
- Provide a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor climbing participants to ensure safety procedures are being followed.
- Assist with climbing wall operation, such as inspecting equipment and performing general maintenance.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of belay and spotting techniques o Instructing basic rock climbing and belaying techniques to patrons
- Assisting with Front Desk team as needed
- Apply correct climbing wall access to those who pass the designated tests
- Understand and enforce all Climbing Wall policies
