Current Enrollment Information
Children are enrolled in their classes based on birth dates.
The following options are available for STUDENT families to enroll their child:
- Five days a week: Monday through Friday
- Three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday*
- Two days a week: Tuesday, Thursday *
- *HALF DAYS are only offered Monday through Friday 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
The following options are available for FACULTY/STAFF families to enroll their child:
- Five days a week: Monday through Friday
- Three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Half days and two day a week options are not available to faculty or staff families.
Billing Information
The Children's Center bills daily for the year, then divides the yearly total into nine equal monthly payments billed out from September through May.
Families are not billed for days the program is not scheduled to be open, such as winter break, spring break and holidays.
You will receive your bill via email on the 10th of each month, and full payment is due by the 15th of that month, including families receiving Idaho Child Care Program benefits.
Student rates are for parents taking six or more NIC credits.

Registration Fees
An annual non-refundable registration fee of the following is due at the time of enrollment:
- One Child - $50.00
- Two Children: $75.00
- Three or more Children - $100.00
Financial Assistance for Child Care in Idaho
The Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) provides assistance to low income families to help pay child care costs.
The purpose of the program is to support families working toward or maintaining employment. Eligibility is based on household income and family size.
Financial Assistance Information
Late Fees, Holds and Loss of Care
Any payment made after the 15th of the month will result in a $30 late fee, an automatic hold on the student account and temporary loss of childcare. The hold will be lifted when the balance is paid in full and when proof of payment has been provided to Children's Center administrative staff.
For families receiving Idaho Child Care Program assistance, copays must be paid by the 15th of the month to avoid fees, holds and loss of care.
Unpaid Bills
If your child does not receive care due to nonpayment, we will hold your child’s spot at your expense until the end of the month to provide you with some extra time to get caught up on your bill.
If payment is still not received in full at the end of the month, your child will be dismissed from our program and your outstanding balance will be sent to collections.
Please come talk to the Children’s Center director if extenuating circumstances present themselves, as special arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Child care is considered a monthly service like belonging to an athletic club or owning a car. You are charged for child care whether or not you use your scheduled days. No refunds will be made for days not used.
Late Pick-Up Fees
Late fees will be assessed to all parents when their child remains beyond their scheduled hours. If you are late picking up your child, a late fee of $1 per minute per child will be assessed.
Withdrawal from Program
If parents wish to withdraw their child or children from the program, a two-week written notice must be submitted to the Children’s Center director or senior administrative assistant.
Parents will continue to be billed until notification of withdrawal is received.
