Biography:

Erick holds a M.F.A. in Theatre and Film from the University of New Orleans, and a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance from the University of Central Oklahoma. His book ‘The Art of Knife Fighting for Stage and Screen’ was published in February 2022, and he is currently working on his second book, due out in the spring of 2023. He is member of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and  a Certified Teacher with the British Academy of Dramatic Combat and the Academy of Performance Combat. Erick has trained and directed professional actors and performers for over 20 years and has worked with top rated performers and directors from all around the world in Opera, Musical Theatre, Ballet, Theatre, Commercials, Television, and Film.  In his spare time, he enjoys coffee, BBQ, and anything Star Wars related.
