Biography:
Kathleen Hall-Burnside, also known as Shannon Hall, earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an English major and history minor from the University of Idaho in 1994. After taking many graduate courses in English in the 1990s, she added her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership in 2008. She has taught high school English since 1994 with the Lakeland School District. For the past decade she has also taught dual credit courses for NIC at LHS, both English 101 and English 175. When Shannon is not teaching, she enjoys traveling, reading, running, hiking, and participating in any activity that takes her outside with friends and family.
