Biography:
Sue Hall has been a Yoga instructor for the past 12 years, teaching at Shoshone Medical Center Wellness Fitness Center and at NIC Silver Valley Center Outreach. She has her Aura Wellness teaching certificate, with her instruction influenced by her studies in the Iyengar style of Yoga. She is passionate about sharing what she considers one of the greatest gifts in her life. She endeavors to show her students that yoga can be incorporated into every area of their lives. She lives in Kingston, with her husband, Mike; and their little lap dog, Itty Bitty.
